OUR OBJECTIVE

It is to determine a resale value for our clients' machinery and equipment in accordance with the standards and code of ethics of the AMEA (Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers) and codes of ethics of:

METHODOLOGY

1. Visual inspection of each lifting machine information on the current status of each machine.

2. Photographs of each machine, emphasizing the specification plates (if any).

3. Field talk with operator(s) of each of the machines to obtain information regarding the operation of this.

4. Conversation with the maintenance manager to obtain information on the manuals of each machine and the maintenance actions that are carried out periodically on the equipment.

5. Obtaining quotes for similar equipment existing in the international and national market.

6. Verification of alternative prices in the national and international market, including recent auctions of machinery.

7. Appraisal and elaboration of criteria-based report of valuation.
